Before booking a service, please take a moment to review our policies and procedures thoroughly. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

booking & cancelation policy
Manik nail studio requires a credit card to hold each appointment.
Your appointments are very important to our manik nail studio team. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 48-hour notice.
- If 48 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.
- If 24 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.
- Not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in 100% charge for your booked service.
late policy
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations.
- Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time we cannot guarantee that you receive the full services scheduled.
- If you are more than 30 mins late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of all services booked .
sick policy
Please reschedule your appointment before hand if you are sick or starting to feel sick. Be mindful of me, my other clients and yourself.
gift card policy
Thank you for choosing manik nail studio for your gift-giving needs. Please familiarize yourself with our gift card policies below:
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: gift cards purchased from manik nail studio cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Availability: Currently, gift cards are only available for our existing clients with scheduled appointments.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: We regret that we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and store it securely.
